Taco Dip

Ingredients

Add (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened to shopping list 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened

Add (16 ounce) sour cream to shopping list 1 container (16 ounce) sour cream

Add (1.25 ounce) taco seasoning to shopping list 1 package (1.25 ounce) taco seasoning

Add lettuce, rinsed, dried and shredded to shopping list 1/4 head lettuce, rinsed, dried and shredded

Add (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese to shopping list 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

Add tomatoes, chopped to shopping list 3 tomatoes, chopped

Add green bell pepper, chopped to shopping list 1 green bell pepper, chopped

Add (2.25 ounce) black olives, drained and sliced to shopping list 1 can (2.25 ounce) black olives, drained and sliced

Serve with:

Directions:

In a medium-sized bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread this mixture in a 9- inch round serving dish (a pie plate works well).

Top the mixture with lettuce, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, bell pepper and black olives.

Serve with tortilla chips.
