Herb Marinated Turkey

Yield: enough for a 10 lb turkey

Ingredients

Add canola oil to shopping list 1/2 cup canola oil

Add apple cider vinegar to shopping list 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

Add chopped fresh marjoram to shopping list 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh marjoram

Add chopped fresh thyme to shopping list 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh thyme

Add chopped fresh sage to shopping list 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh sage

Add salt to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon salt

Add freshly ground black pepper to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Add (10 pound) whole turkey, washed and patted dry to shopping list 1 (10 pound) whole turkey, washed and patted dry

Directions:

Combine the oil, vinegar, herbs and seasonings together in a small bowl.

Place the turkey in a large, plastic cooking bag.

Add marinade, close bag securely and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for several hours.
