Baked Spiral Cut Ham with Honey Apricot Glaze

Ingredients

Add (10-14 lb) spiral sliced, fully cooked ham to shopping list 1 (10-14 lb) spiral sliced, fully cooked ham

Add honey to shopping list 1 cup honey

Add (6 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed to shopping list 1 can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Add soy sauce to shopping list 1/3 cup soy sauce

Add apricot jam to shopping list 1/3 cup apricot jam

Add ground nutmeg to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Add ground cloves to shopping list 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Place ham on rack in shallow roasting pan. Mix together remaining ingredients in medium bowl; set aside.

Bake ham for 30 minutes; pour glaze over ham and continue to bake another 30 minutes to 1 hour until ham is heated through.
