Ham Griddle Cakes

Ingredients

Add flour to shopping list 1 cup flour

Add baking powder to shopping list 1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Add eggs to shopping list 2 eggs

Add milk to shopping list 3/4 cup milk

Add fully cooked ham to shopping list 1 cup fully cooked ham

Add syrup to shopping list syrup

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine flour and baking powder. In another bowl, beat the eggs and milk. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in ham. Pour the batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a lightly greased griddle or skillet. Turn when pancakes begin to brown
around edges; cook until second side is golden. Serve with syrup.
