Asian Coleslaw

Ingredients

Add Chinese or Napa cabbage, thinly sliced to shopping list 5 cups Chinese or Napa cabbage, thinly sliced

Add medium carrots, shredded to shopping list 3 medium carrots, shredded

Add green onions, thinly sliced to shopping list 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Add cilantro, fresh and minced to shopping list 1/4 cup cilantro, fresh and minced

Add cider vinegar to shopping list 1/3 cup cider vinegar

Add canola oil to shopping list 1 tablespoon canola oil

Add sesame oil to shopping list 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Add sugar to shopping list 1 teaspoon sugar

Add salt to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, green onions and cilantro. In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled.
