Creamy Vegetable Salad Sandwich

A meatless gourmet sandwich

Yield: 4 sandwiches

Ingredients

Add (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened to shopping list 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened

Add sour cream to shopping list 1/4 cup sour cream

Add chopped celery (1 stalk) to shopping list 1/4 cup chopped celery (1 stalk)

Add grated carrot (1 medium carrot) to shopping list 1/4 cup grated carrot (1 medium carrot)

Add chopped radishes (about 2 radishes) to shopping list 2 Tablespoons chopped radishes (about 2 radishes)

Add minced green onion (about 6 green onion) to shopping list 2 Tablespoons minced green onion (about 6 green onion)

Add Worcestershire sauce to shopping list 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Add pumpernickel bread to shopping list 8 slices pumpernickel bread

Directions:

In small bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, celery, carrot, radishes, scallions and Worcestershire sauce.

Spread a heaping 1/3 cup on each of 4 slices of bread. Top with remaining bread and slice in half.
