Ingredients

Add (16 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed to shopping list 1 container (16 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Add (3.4 0z.) instant pistachio pudding mix to shopping list 1 package (3.4 0z.) instant pistachio pudding mix

Add drops of green food coloring (optional) to shopping list 6-7 drops of green food coloring (optional)

Add miniature marshmellows to shopping list 3 cups miniature marshmellows

Add (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained to shopping list 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained

Add pistachios or walnuts (chopped) to shopping list 1/2 cup pistachios or walnuts (chopped)

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the whipped topping, pudding mix and food coloring if desired. Fold in the marshmallows and pineapple.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Just before serving, sprinkle with nuts.
