Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip

Yield: 2 1/2 cups

Ingredients

Add fresh spinach, finely chopped to shopping list 2 cups fresh spinach, finely chopped

Add garlic, minced to shopping list 4 cloves garlic, minced

Add prepared Alfredo sauce to shopping list 1/2 cup prepared Alfredo sauce

Add mayonnaise to shopping list 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Add Swiss cheese, shredded to shopping list 4 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded

Add pepper to shopping list 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

In a medium bowl, add spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, alfredo sauce, mayonnaise, Swiss cheese and pepper and stir together.

Spread into an 8 x 8 inch baking dish and bake for 35 minutes.

Serve while hot with toasted bread and assorted crackers.
