Ingredients

Add (about 3 medium) ripe tomatoes, diced to shopping list 2 cups (about 3 medium) ripe tomatoes, diced

Add yellow bell pepper, diced to shopping list 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, diced

Add (about 2) ripe peaches, peeled and diced to shopping list 1 cup (about 2) ripe peaches, peeled and diced

Add jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (see note) to shopping list 3 Tablespoons jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (see note)

Add sweet onion, diced to shopping list 1/2 cup sweet onion, diced

Add fresh cilantro, minced to shopping list 3 Tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced

Add salt to shopping list 1 teaspoon salt

Add balsamic vinegar to shopping list 3 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
