Avocado Mango Salsa

Yield: 4 cups

Add large ripe mangoes, diced to shopping list 4 large ripe mangoes, diced

Add green onions, chopped to shopping list 7 green onions, chopped

Add large avocados, peeled and diced to shopping list 2 large avocados, peeled and diced

Add red bell pepper, diced to shopping list 1 red bell pepper, diced

Add jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced to shopping list 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced

Add chopped fresh cilantro to shopping list 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Add fresh lime juice to shopping list 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Add honey to shopping list 2 tablespoons honey

Add salt to shopping list 1/4 teaspoon salt
