Ingredients

Add red potatoes, quartered to shopping list 1 1/2 lbs. red potatoes, quartered

Add extra virgin olive oil to shopping list 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Add garlic, minced to shopping list 2 cloves garlic, minced

Add salt to shopping list 1/8 teaspoon salt

Add rosemary to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon rosemary

Add thyme to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon thyme

Add pepper to shopping list 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a large resealable bag and toss to coat. Pour into an ungreased 13x9 inch pan and bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees for 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
