Ingredients

Add large avocados, peel and remove pit to shopping list 3 large avocados, peel and remove pit

Add large tomato, diced to shopping list 1 large tomato, diced

Add onion, chopped to shopping list 1/2 cup onion, chopped

Add Fresh jalapeno peppers, finely chopped to shopping list Fresh jalapeno peppers, finely chopped

Add Salt, to taste to shopping list Salt, to taste

Add Lemon juice to shopping list Lemon juice

Directions:

Mash avocados.

Add tomato and onion and mix together with avocados.

Add jalapeno peppers and salt to taste.

Sprinkle lemon juice over top of mixture to prevent from turning brown.

Chill and serve with tortilla chips or as a side to Mexican dishes.
