Ingredients

Add cooked smoked sausage, halved lengthwise and sliced to shopping list 1 lb. cooked smoked sausage, halved lengthwise and sliced

Add medium onion, chopped to shopping list 1 medium onion, chopped

Add vegetable oil to shopping list 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Add medium carrots, julienned to shopping list 4 medium carrots, julienned

Add au gratin potatoes to shopping list 1 pkg. au gratin potatoes

Add water to shopping list 2 - 2/3 cups water

Add pepper to shopping list 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Add (10 oz.) frozen broccoli cuts, thawed and drained to shopping list 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli cuts, thawed and drained

Add shredded cheddar cheese to shopping list 4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

In large saucepan, cook sausage and onion in oil until lightly browned. Stir in carrots, potatoes and sauce mix, water and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 - 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in broccoli; cover and cook 5 minutes longer or until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese, cover and let stand until cheese has melted.
