California Fruit Salad Rose

Yield: Makes about 6 servings

Ingredients

Add Knox Unflavored Gelatin to shopping list 1 envelope Knox Unflavored Gelatin

Add sugar to shopping list 2 tablespoons sugar

Add boiling water to shopping list 3/4 cup boiling water

Add rose wine to shopping list 1 1/4 cups rose wine

Add thinly sliced peaches to shopping list 1 cup thinly sliced peaches

Add sliced bananas to shopping list 1/2 cup sliced bananas

Add sliced strawberries to shopping list 1/2 cup sliced strawberries

Directions:

In medium bowl, mix unflavored gelatin with sugar; add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in wine. Chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture is consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Fold in peaches, bananas and strawberries. Turn into 4-cup mold or bowl and chill until firm.
